We should come to accept that Tumblr is my source of great finds. Sex Criminals, written by Matt Fraction and illustrated by Chip Zdarsky, appeared on my dash a few weeks ago and something about that particular photo set caught my attention. Maybe it was the art style, something that reminded me of TellTale games like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us and Fables, another comic I’m utterly in love with, or maybe it was the blunt nature of the out of context photo. Either way, I ran as fast as I could to open another tab and get all five of the current issues. This is a review that will include some lewd languange and mature talk. So, mature readers (duh!).
